Di hari 2 ada review dari hasil LMS, khsusnya tugas yang diretake pax yang dianggap bisa jadi pembelajaran bagi peserta lainnya 5. Ada pre post test 6. Diskusi proposal, dari 3 program yang SQCI berikan, mba Mondy setuju untuk dilakukan metode blended learning ke program Service & Change Begin With You + Me = US, yang akan run di Agustus. Setelah itu akan direview efektivitasnya. Beberapa catatan penting: 1. Training 2 hari saja, hari 1 LMS dan hari 2 Webinar (semua dikelola selama jam kerja), webinar oke dibuat full day 2. Peserta datang dari nasional, jadi untuk manage waktu yang berbeda, SQCI diminta membuat rules/aturan main sedari awal, khususnya ketika webinar karena ada perbedaan jam, baik terkait waktu break makan, break toilet, dan break sholat 3. Bila ada peserta yang izin meninggalkan webinar, di-take note alasannya, dan diusahakan untuk dipantau bila ybs izinnya hanya sebentar (misal izin sholat karena perbedaan waktu) dan bisa kembali (kecuali memang ada peserta yang izin keluar dan tidak lagi bisa join, harap di-take note alasannya). Pada dasarnya, peserta ini mendaftar atas keinginan sendiri dan telah di-acc atasan, jadi kecil kemungkinan ada alasan yang membuat ybs benar2 mendadak tidak bisa ikut pelatihan atau harus meninggalkan pelatihan. Perihal ini, harap masukan juga ke rules di awal sebelum webinar dimulai (atau seluruhnya dituliskan dalam welcome letter ke peserta) 4. LMS harus completed 100%, sehingga SQCI diminta untuk terus memantau dan memastikan peserta komit menyelesaikan dan support 5. Pastikan fasilitator engage dengan peserta, melibatkan peserta secara aktif untuk menjaga antusiasme mereka dan beri kesempatan kepada peserta untuk bisa aktif. Contoh: break out room untuk diskusi, mereka bisa share screen tugas mereka, mereka diberi kesempatan bicara/presentasi/sharing. Sharing dari Mba Mondy: Webinar vendor lain, di hari kedua 30 menit sebelum sesi, peserta satu2 diminta bicara mengenai hal terkait materi hari pertama, jadi review sekaligus absen peserta sambil menunggu kehadiran seluruh peserta, jadi ini juga membantu SQCI melakukan cek kehadiran peserta terdaftar.
