12 Jul 2021: Memberikan feedback ke tim Mandiri University tentang pelaksanaan CX so far: Beberapa peserta yang setelah dikirimkan welcome letter dan melihat jadwalnya mengajukan pertanyaan/permintaan tidak bisa ikut ataupun perpindahan jadwal kepada tim SQCI Beberapa peserta yang tadinya sudah sedang mengerjakan LMS, tetapi karena sesuatu hal (tugas, mutasi, dll) mereka harus pindah jadwal/batch tetapi bersikeras supaya progress LMS-nya tetap dihitung (tidak hilang) Dari virtual class berjalan so far, rata-rata peserta yang tidak fully engaged kurang lebih sekitar 65%, bukan hanya karena mereka menon-aktifkan videonya tetapi ketika diajak berpendapat, tidak ada suara/respon, sehingga menurut kami kemungkinan mereka juga sambil mengerjakan tugas lain. Untuk setiap permintaan/pertanyaan peserta terkait status kepesertaan seperti tidak bisa ikut ataupun pindah jadwal, maka tim kami akan meminta peserta tersebut harus menghubungi terlebih dahulu tim Mandiri, untuk mendapatkan satu arahan. Bagi peserta yang sedang mengerjakan LMS dan pindah jadwal/kelas, maka status progress LMS peserta tersebut di kelas/jadwal yang baru, akan menjadi 0 persen dan harus mengulang dari awal. Hal ini dikarenakan data LMS di sistem kami adalah per kelas, sehingga jika pindah konsekuensi progress menjadi 0 lagi. Konsekuensi ini akan disampaikan ke peserta. Mengusulkan untuk virtual class sekiranya dari tim Mandiri tetap melakukan absen peserta 3x, yaitu absen pagi, siang, sore. Hal ini agar supaya peserta tetap aware kehadirannya.

Jelaskan perihal post test ke mas slamet. perihal post test kalau di training online post test ini adalah salah satu bagian penilaian dari rangkaian penilaian yg ada di lms. Jadi misal di lms ada 5 penilaian tugas ditambah post test jadi 6 penilaian. Nah kami average kan nilai tsb untuk jadi hasil akhir. Kalau di training offline post test dijadikan nilai akhir yah setelah kelas selesai. Tidak ada penilaian tugas selama training berlangsung. Nah jadi untuk training online kita menggunakan average score itu untuk jadi hasil akhir. Krn kalau hanya ambil dr post testnya saja tidak bisa mewakili hasil akhir. Dikarenakan post testnya sendiri adalah 1 dari rangkaian tugas yg ada penilaiannya. Mas Slamet oke

Jelaskan Yes memang betul krn ini sifatnya bisa dipakai oleh seluruh company. namun jika untuk Mandiri krn materi yg di present tempo hari adalah CX yg lebih detail bisa kita adjust ke elearningnya 2. Tugas di dalam e-learning bisa dilewati atau diisi asal. Jelaskan bahwa untuk tugas dilewati akan berpengaruh ke point/score. Lalu untuk tugas yg diisi asal akan dinilai oleh trainer dan akan mempengaruhi score juga. 3. Untuk pertanyaan essay bagaimana cara penilaiannya? Jelaskan bahwa trainer akan menilai pertanyaan essay tsb. Dan jika ada peserta yg ke cabang dan ke pusat bisa disettingkan dari awal pada saat pembuatan ID.
