The program split in 2 activities i.e. training seminar and in-house training. Training seminar only 2 hours on Friday, 27 Sept. In-house training at 30 Sept still 2 class in paralel. Diskusi dengan Bu Lina tentang rencana Politeknik Negeri Batam untuk menjadi Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Berbadan Hukum (PTNBH). Dalam rangka hal tersebut tentunya perlu adanya kesiapan pola pikir baik di jajaran pimpinan maupun seluruh staff, tentang tuntutan mutu baik dalam kemampuan mengembangkan diri, berkolaborasi, maupun penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Berharap SQCI bisa mengadakan training terkait perubahan pola pikir tersebut untuk 60 orang @ 30 peserta (2 batch) durasi 1 hari, dan seminar untuk 200 orang durasi 2 jam. Rencana pelaksanaan di Oktober.
