The object of research is google review, between before training and after training. the duration is 5 months before training and 5 months after training. The result are the number of 1 star reviewer drop 32,07% before training to 29,41% after training and the number of 5 star reviewer increase from 56,52% before training become 58,48% after training. This figure show that the training have positive impact in the customer review.
