Bu Iwoel – Bank INA & Dinda – SQCI Topik Pembahasan Kebutuhan Kelas Development Project Program Peserta Relationship Management (RM) Trainee Peserta baru bergabung di Bank INA. Mendapat pembekalan 2 minggu internal training. Minggu ke-3 pembekalan dari vendor. Target: Fresh Graduate, belum memiliki pengalaman kerja. Management Trainee (MT) Program untuk General Banker, penempatan akan di back office. Durasi program 52 minggu, saat ini sudah join ±3 bulan. Tetap harus mempelajari sales. Target: Lulusan Fresh Graduate. Rencana Kegiatan 2 batch pelatihan, masing-masing 15–20 orang / batch. Lokasi pelaksanaan: Bank INA (Gedung Ario Bimo). Rencana waktu: Akhir Oktober. Durasi: 2 hari atau 2,5 hari (proposal). Tujuan Pelatihan Membekali RM dan General Banker dalam kinerja Sales yang baik karena khususnya RM akan dihadapkan dengan klien middle to high, maka kebutuhan utamanya yaitu: Komunikasi saat presentasi. Menghubungi klien. Menangani keluhan (complaint handling). Meningkatkan penampilan melalui kelas grooming dengan executive present yang baik saat bertemu klien middle to high. Monitoring oleh SQCI untuk memastikan penerapan tugas di lapangan. Kendala yang Dihadapi Peserta belum memiliki penampilan yang menarik dan masih sederhana. Proses Kerja Dari Bank INA: Mempelajari proposal yang dikirimkan. Ada beberapa vendor yang akan dipresentasikan di hadapan beberapa unit kerja. Memastikan kesesuaian materi dengan kebutuhan. Minta harganya harga saudara. Dari SQCI: Mengirimkan proposal outline training secara umum (setelah meeting akan disesuaikan kembali untuk outline dan harga apabila ada perubahan). Mengirimkan Company Profile SQCI (umum).
