Ibu Siska share, ada issue di cust internal. Sebagai pengawas untuk layanan catering external ke 2500 karyawan, karyawan banyak keluhan dan karyawan juga banyak melakukan hal yang tidak sesuai prosedur yang berlaku, bu Siska merasa sebagai orang di posisi tengah bingung bagaimana bersikap. Tawarkan untuk set meeting diskusikan hal ini, nanti bu Siska akan cek dulu dengan tim, termasuk bagaimana prosedur utk menjadi rekanan, krn di Vale bila ada request training harus dengan rekanan dan permintaan h-2 bulan. Bu siska akan coba LMS di Jumat-Sabtu ini
