They asked to separate the training days becoming half-day for three mandays. All participants will be focused on staff of Land Management: 21 pax consisting of CS, Inspector, Water treatment, M&E. Class will be from 3pm to 7pm. After training there will be a measurement: mystery shopping calling with detail requirements: Calling: 3 to 4 times to 24 hours hotline, WA: 3 to 4 time to CS office number, 24 hours hotline, CS personal number Visit: 2 visits to CS lobby Field visit & accompaniment: 3 days with inspector @ 1 inspector per day

Meeting dengan AES dan Paula untuk review approach seperti apa yang akan dipropose ke Summarecon Bandung. Intinya akan ada Measurement secara comprehensive (Mystery Call, Mystery Visit, Customer Survey, Field Observation), Training Program, dan Monitoring Program.
Kamis 7 Jan 2021 jam 14.30 meeting dengan Client bersama tim Sales Admin, Land Management, Finance, dan HR. Dari SQCI bersama AES, dan Paula. Kebutuhan untuk training skills yang practical dan pengukuran. Jumlah peserta Sales Admin: 4 orang Land Management: 20 orang Finance: 2 orang Mereka berharap tim trainer SQCI datang visit dulu dan mengamati situasi disana.
