Pelatihan ini harus berfokus pada pendekatan pelayanan sepenuh hati yang mengedepankan empati, kesabaran, dan pemahaman mendalam akan kebutuhan khusus nasabah lansia. 1.? ?Fokus Pelayanan Empatik Pelatihan harus dapat membekali staf dengan kemampuan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang hangat, personal, dan manusiawi, mengingat nasabah pensiunan seringkali membutuhkan pendekatan yang lebih sabar dan tulus. Staf harus mampu memahami perubahan fisik dan psikologis yang dialami nasabah lansia, seperti penurunan pendengaran, penglihatan, atau daya ingat, serta mampu berkomunikasi dengan cara yang mudah dipahami. 2.? ?Adaptasi Standar Pelayanan Kelas Dunia Mengadopsi prinsip pelayanan Singapore Airlines yang terkenal dengan customer-centric approach, termasuk sikap ramah, proaktif, dan solusi yang tuntas. Pelatihan harus mencakup teknik anticipatory service (mengantisipasi kebutuhan nasabah sebelum mereka menyampaikannya) dan service recovery (penyelesaian keluhan dengan cepat dan memuaskan). 3.? ?Peningkatan Kompetensi Teknis dan Soft Skills Komunikasi Efektif: Pelatihan teknik berbicara dengan intonasi yang jelas, bahasa sederhana, serta kemampuan active listening untuk memahami kebutuhan tersirat nasabah. Digital Assistance: Membimbing nasabah pensiunan dalam menggunakan layanan digital (aplikasi/website) dengan sabar dan jelas. Penanganan Keluhan: Roleplay simulasi situasi nyata seperti keterlambatan pembayaran atau kesalahan data, dengan penekanan pada penyelesaian yang empatik. 4.? ?Metode Pelatihan yang Interaktif dan Terukur Workshop & Roleplay: Sesi praktik langsung dengan skenario layanan nyata untuk melatih respons staf. Coaching oleh SQCI: Jika berkolaborasi, pelatih dari SQCI dapat membagikan praktik terbaik aviation service yang dapat diadaptasi ke sektor pensiun. Evaluasi Kinerja: Melalui mystery shopping, survei kepuasan nasabah, dan monitoring interaksi (call/face-to-face). 5.? ?Target dan Dampak yang Diharapkan Peningkatan kepuasan nasabah pensiunan, terukur melalui survei NPS (Net Promoter Score) dan penurunan keluhan.
