Dear Pak Win, Pak Bintang, Pak Fermana,dan Pak Tjahja, Trims untuk meeting nya hari ini untuk pembahasan mengenai proposal "Peningkatan Mutu Layanan Bank Permata", berikut beberapa poin yang kami catat: - Dengan kondisi Indonesia saat ini, Bank Permata berencana tetap akan menjalankan program ini sesuai dengan target awal dengan beberapa penyesuaian - Fokus awal yang akan dijalankan dulu adalah Phase 1: Knowing Your Customer, dengan metode: NPS, yaitu: a. Phone Interview b. Wawancara Tatap Muka (via zoom - jika memungkinan) - Untuk metode FGD tidak akan dilaksanakan - Untuk metode Mystery Shopping - Q4 akan dibahas kemudian, kemungkinan dilaksanakan di perwakilan dari beberapa kantor cabang saja - Responden NPS adalah nasabah Permata, dan nasabah Permata yang juga memiliki rekening di Bank Lain - Sebelum pelaksanaan NPS, Tim Permata akan melakukan brief langsung kepada pada interviewer (rencana di April minggu ke3) - Untuk Phase berikutnya sesuai proposal akan dibicarakan kemudian - Timeline: April week 1: Permata melakukan proses Approval ke Management, dan akan ada negosiasi ke SQCI April week 2: Pembahasan Kuesioner dan persiapan NPS April week 3: Permata Brief dengan seluruh Interviewer sebelum pelaksanaan NPS May week 1: pelaksanaan NPS - Follow up: > Permata akan menginformasikan kepada SQCI untuk konfirmasi pelaksanaan dalam minggu ini (April week 1) > SQCI akan mengirimkan revisi proposal terkait penyesuaian berdasarkan hasil meeting (khusus untuk NPS), termasuk penyesuaian harga, akan dikirimkan dalam hari ini (April 1st, 2020) Sekian yang bisa saya sampaikan, jika ada yang mau ditambahkan monggo yah pak.
