Mba Vici super sibuks karena sedang implementasi software HR yang baru. Sudah menyarankan supaya trial LMS diberikan ke peserta yang dulu pernah ikut kelas reguler SQCI, tapi tidak mendapatkan tanggapan. Menawarkan program kelas terkahir yaitu 'Service Starts with Me' dengan format blended learning. Mba Vici setuju, besok akan disiapkan proposalnya.
