Rencana ikut PC 6 Agt saja, tidak jadi inhouse, mau kirim 4 pax, remind utk daftar
koordinasi trial LMS
1) HC BP mengadakan development staff dengan durasi 2-3 minggu sekali setiap Jumat, yang biasanya diadakan oleh internal atau oleh vendor eksternal. Untuk vendor biasanya diberikan waktu 2 jam untuk isi acara, dengan topik yang akan di-relate dengan topik corporate yang sedang disosialisasikan. Topik saat ini yang digaungkan adalah Growth Mindset. Mas Budi tertarik dengan topik PC SQCI berjudul 6 Qualities that Make You an Extraordinary Employee, dan minta SQCI bisa run khusus untuk BP. Topik itu rasanya bermanfaat untuk level apapun dan masih bisa link dengan topik besaran BP. Perihal waktu nanti bisa disepakati dan harapannya bisa diberikan teaser untuk sekaligus memperkenalkan SQCI ke tim karena sudah banyak perubahan di internal dan BOD juga sudah berganti. 2) Mas Budi sudah mendengar masukan dari pax PC 13 Juli 2020, dan ada rencana mau buatkan untuk tim Learning HC, tapi masih direview apakah dibuat khusus tim BP, atau nanti masuk ke PC 6 Agustus 2020.
