The changes are many of consumer know about Mitsubishi product from social media, so the sales person that maximize social media had many sales. Another changes is the average age of consumer. Usually the buyer of Mitsubishi had average age around 40's but now the buyer with ages 25-30 year could buy Mitsubishi. From those information, it need adjustment on training material.
